As an Eventing rider from Victoria, Australia, Bianca knows firsthand the importance of fitness in achieving success in the arena. As a personal trainer, she is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and expertise with equestrians of all levels.

Bianca's training programs focus on four key areas - strength, core stability, endurance, and mobility - to help riders achieve optimal physical condition. She firmly believes that if we expect our horses to be in top shape and perform as elite athletes, then we as riders should do the same.

​

"The rider's body is the horse's guide," says Bianca. "By using fitness to create bodies that move and feel great, we can effectively communicate with our equine partners."

Bianca has a special interest in working with riders who have sustained injuries or are dealing with chronic pain. Her programs not only aim to improve performance but also to promote long-term sustainability and well-being.
